Happy Friday everyone! What a wonderful time of year, I must say. Whether it's the cold air of Ohio, or the promise of the warmth of the relationships of family and friends, this time of year really excites me.This time of year, too, means that many operations at Microsoft are hitting the pause button for the rest of the year while many observe time off for the holiday season. Personally, I'm finishing up my allotted time off for the year starting on December 15th. Of course, my personality doesn't allow me to be disconnected completely, so I'll be around checking in and talking with folks on Twitter and LinkedIn.Content and new feature releases that would normally adorn this newsletter will be either slow to surface or nonexistent. For that reason, this will be the last issue of this particular newsletter for 2021. With that, I want to thank everyone for joining us in discussions around Defender for Cloud this year. This newsletter is in response to customer request and that's been very evident as the subscriber numbers have continued to grow steadily. You're all in good company here. We're all people that are interested and sometimes excited about securing our workloads, services, applications, and environments. For that, I feel very blessed to be part of it with you. In other words, I'm just as geeky about this stuff as many of you are.I hope the rest of your 2021 is blessed, healthy, and happy. Talk soon.-Rod
